To receive a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour. Your payment will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

🔴 There will be a 800,000 IDR refund transaction fee charge to cancel any private boat tour.

If you fail to attend the scheduled boat tour (No-Show) under any circumstances, you will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Speedboat, Yacht, Luxury Yachts, Catamaran Tours:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require our guests to cancel their travel plans. Due to the difficulty in reselling private charters on short notice, our cancellation policy includes the following charges:

  • Low season: 50% charge for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled departure (depending on boat)
  • High season (July-August, December-January): Full charge for cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled departure (depending on boat)
  • Weather-related cancellations: 50% cancellation fee if customer decides to cancel (all boats)

Reasons We Do Not Offer Refunds:

  • Weather Conditions: Bumpy waves or windy conditions are beyond our control and part of the natural experience.
  • Boat Preferences: Opinions on not liking the boat’s style, size, or amenities are subjective and not eligible for a refund.
  • Noise Levels: Complaints about engine noise or other typical sounds associated with boat operations are not valid for refunds.
  • Personal Seasickness: Feeling seasick during the tour is a personal experience and does not qualify for a refund or discounted rate.
  • Early Cancellation: Canceling the tour on your own terms, outside of our cancellation policy, does not qualify for a refund or discounted rate.
  • Schedule Delays: Slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, docking issues, or weather are not reasons for a refund.
  • Group Dynamics: Issues related to other passengers' behavior or preferences are not our responsibility.
  • Onboard Experience: Discomfort with the movement of the boat, temperature on board, or any other typical boating experience is not refundable.
  • Missed Departure: Failing to arrive on time for the tour results in a missed opportunity without refund.
  • Changed Plans: If your plans change after booking, a refund cannot be provided unless it’s within the policy timeframe.
